Our client is an established engineering & construction main contractor delivering new build data centre schemes across Northern & Central Europe. This organisation provides a full turnkey solution, constructing these facilities from the initial design phase through groundworks, structural build, M&E installation, fit-out, and final handover. Company turnover is currently €1.3bn, with continued growth of 10%–15% year-on-year.

Due to continued expansion, the requirement now exists for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join the project team delivering a €600m+ hyperscale Data Centre in Finland.
The Electrical Package Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all electrical packages within the project, including MV/LV systems, UPS, switchgear, generators, power distribution, and associated installation works. The role involves coordinating design, procurement, subcontractors, installation, and commissioning to ensure all electrical works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with project management, commissioning teams, and client representatives, the successful candidate will ensure seamless integration of electrical packages into the wider construction programme while maintaining strict compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all electrical packages from procurement through to installation, testing, and handover
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure electrical works are fully integrated into the project programme
• Lead and manage electrical subcontractors to ensure delivery in line with schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Review and approve electrical designs, method statements, and risk assessments for constructability and compliance
• Monitor installation progress, identify potential delays or risks, and implement mitigation measures
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, statutory regulations, and industry best practices
• Manage documentation including inspection records, testing results, and handover documentation
• Liaise with the client on technical matters, project requirements, and approvals
• Support commissioning activities, including energisation planning, testing, and system verification
• Promote a strong health & safety culture across all electrical works
